Temporary / Contract Employees
Interviewing, Role Playing, Assessing skills and Referencing Checking are key tools which help us assess each individual before pre-selecting a short list. Assessments are particular to the skill being recruited.
For temporary placements, Ten Live will check the most recent two years employment references. This can be increased as required and additional checks, for example credit history, can also be undertaken. This means you can be safe in the knowledge that your temp has the right skills for the job.
